Special access rights can be given to Department Heads, Pastoral Heads, Team Leaders and other members of staff to enable them to define Tracksheet Templates and Report Templates for their department or pastoral teams.
Once templates are defined, teachers can use them to enter report information and for entering marks.
Tracksheets can be used to record all of the assessments that may be required for students and these assessments can later be linked to reports which can then be printed and sent to parents or for internal analysis and use.

Report Templates associate a Scheme with a year group and subject.
Tracksheet Templates enable you to define Tracksheet columns and to set specific attributes for each column such as hidden and read-only.
