Q: How can teachers log into the system?
A: Teachers' staff initials as used in SIMS are used as the AIM High login. However, there is an edit feature which the AIM High Manager has access to which enables them to change the login name.

Q: Do teachers need passwords?
A: All teachers are allocated a password when they first log into the system. This password is 'Password' to start with but they will be encouraged to change  it as soon as possible.

Q: Can Teachers change passwords?
A: Teachers can change passwords from within AIM High at any time.

Q: What if a teacher forgets their password?
A: The AIM High Manager in your school will be able to reset their password.

Q: What if a teacher's group does not appear?
A: Teaching sets and pastoral groups are pulled directly from the school database (SIMS or Integris). If a group doesn't appear then it is because they have not been entered into the school database properly.

Q: How do I see Pastoral groups?
A: To see Pastoral Groups you will need to switch to Pastoral View in the School Browser.
