Q: Can anyone create a Private phrase?
A: Yes, any authorised user of AIM High can create private phrases and phrase categories.
Q: Can anyone Share phrases?
A: No. Only users who have been given the required permissions by their AIM High Manager can share phrases.
Q: Can I associate a phrase with more than one phrase category?
A: Yes. When you choose to associate a phrase with a phrase category you can select as many categories as you have available.
Q: If I remove a shared phrase category how will it affect the users to whom it is assigned?
A: Any phrases that were specifically assigned to the category will be removed for all users

Q: What's the difference between Removing a phrase and Deleting a phrase?
A: When you remove a phrase it is removed from a specific phrase category. When you delete a phrase, it is deleted from ALL phrase categories. You will get a warning dialogue to inform you that this will happen.
