Q: Is there a limit to the number of Report Schemes that I can define?
A: There is no limit to the number of Report Schemes that can be defined. Most schools could have three Report Schemes , one for KS3 reports, one for KS4 reports and one for Pastoral reports. However, if different subjects want to assess differently and to use subject specific grades or tick grids, then a different Report Scheme will be required for each of those different subjects.
Q: How many comments and grades can I enter?
A: Each Report Scheme can have as many grades and comments as you require. There is no limit.
Q: Can I define a different Report Scheme for Each Key Stage?

A: In the current version of AIM High you can create up to two tick grids. This may be changed in a future release of the software.
Q: Is there a limit on the number of tick grid criteria and levels?
A: Each tick grid can have up to eight criteria and eight levels.
Q: Can I Edit an Activated Report Scheme?
A: Yes. You can make limited amendments to an activated Report Scheme. For example, you can add additional comments, grades and tick grids and you can also edit existing labels, such as assessment names. However, the system will not enable you remove items or change Grade Schemes if they have been used in reports and other assessments.
Q: Can I Deactivate and delete an Activated Scheme?
A: Yes, if report templates have not been defined and reports have not been written using the scheme.
