A: There is no limit to the number of Report Schemes that can be defined. Most schools could have three Report Schemes , one for KS3 reports, one for KS4 reports and one for Pastoral reports. However, if different subjects want to assess differently and to use subject specific grades or tick grids, then a different Report Scheme will be required for each of those different subjects.

A: Each Report Scheme can have as many grades and comments as you require. There is no limit.

A: Yes. You can make limited amendments to an activated Report Scheme. However, the system will not enable you remove items or change Grade Schemes if they have been used in reports and other assessments.
Q: Can I Deactivate and delete an Activated Scheme?
A: Yes, if report templates have not been defined and reports have not been written using the scheme.
